Guild Wars 2

OK, so I haven’t played since around New Years, when I net a good job and didn’t have time to play as much.

I am level 80, trying to figure out what I should be doing to get better gear/gold ect. I also am very into PvP but forget how to enter World PvP and find combat.

Any tips would be nice

Well in my opinion the best way to get gear is to farm dungeons. Earn tokens and spend them at the vendors. Use the gold you make to buy the rest. If you really like WvW though, you can just run around farming tokens and loot bags to get WvW gear. The vendors are in the main castle of the borderlands. To get to WvW I think you just press B and pick a map.

Edit: If you are looking for more long term goals, you should consider working on ascended gear and legendaries. Those will keep you occupied for months.

Where do I go to find more information about Ascend and Legionaries? Also, what is “lving world”?

Here you go! The wiki really is amazing for gw2. It will probably take you a very long time to accumulate the materials for this stuff, but it can be very satisfying to see those pink/purple item names. :P

Also the living world is just Anet’s way of discussing new content added since release. The current living world events are taking place in the new map Dry Top. If you reached level 80 or finished the personal story you should have gotten a message about it. Dry Top can be reached through Brisban Wildlands.
