Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone,
I just returned to the game, used to play guardian.
It seems a lot changed and I don’t know what to level up and main.
I want a classs that competes as dps and is good for world solo and alright in wvw.
If any1 could explain the role and the state of the classes, that would be great.

Probably better to wait until expac comes out which is one month away
I believe there’s gonna be a lot of gameplay changes after that

For world solo, I believe necro and ranger is good since they have minion / pet to tank the mobs

As already replied, there is new expansion coming next month. Everything will probably change, so trying to build up into current meta is not recommended.

Guardian is one of my favourite classes in open world, don’t see why you would have problems with playing it. In WvW it depends much about your role, and many WvW guilds have specific classes/builds you have to follow.
