Is it viable for me to be a warrior that only uses rifles? I like doing ranged dps but I don’t want to have a pet or be reliant on a pet.

If you like ranged damage and are fond of the rifle in particular. Take a look at the engineer. Primary rifle or pistol and has a whole set of kits that you can switch to at will if you have them on your bar. Worth taking a look into in my opinion. Also, if the engineer isnt your cup of tea, you could look into a ranged Thief. Pistols and short bow combo. Just some things to think about. I’d go as far to say rifle is one of the best warrior weapons

If you manage your abilities well, you should be fine

Use the riffle with the Warrior all the time. It is a great ranged weapon. Kill shot is a great burst damage skill especially if you invest in critical/burst traits.

Also, don’t overlook the Longbow as well.
