Any ideas. it sucks that I have to use left click and stop to turn

Are you having problems with any other programs? Is using the chord (holding left and right mouse buttons down) to run working?
My first thought is to check to see if Right Click is mapped to some other function somewhere, perhaps in the mouse manufacturers software. It may also be some hardware issue such as a worn out microswitch (button), a short circuit, or maybe even gunk or a small piece of plastic in the way.

The Right Click button works for all other operations in GW2 and other software.
