Not sure if its a bug or what not but I got 2 of the same rings but only able to wear one though is that suppose to happen and also will it ever change from being from soulbound to account bound instead?

The rings are unique – you can’t wear two of the same ring.

They’re account bound until you equip them, when they become soul bound.

oo ok another question are they able to be transmuted also?
