The rune of vamperism doesnt have a cooldown at all. It triggers after using your healing (skill 6), the healingskill itself offcourse has a cooldown.

The Sigil has a cooldown, but afaik isn’t shared with runes, only other sigil that have a cooldown.

Thats what Im saying. If I get the leeching proc icon after I heal, Will I get it again if I swap weapons or will it be on Cooldown?
