Is it worth it to buy them? They are good for a zerker warrior? And these are better than Runes of the Scholar?

No, Rune of divinity are bad for pve , too many useless stats. Better stay with scholar or even ruby orbs.

Ruby orbs for zerker wars, cheap and effective

Runes of divinity are definately worth their cost for certain builds, but zerker builds are better suited with other runes like runes of the scholar or the budget friendly ruby orbs.

zerker needs berserker stats.
all-around builds needs all-around stats, such as celestial
divinity runes can be good for pve, but not if you’re trying to go for pure damage.
