Guild Wars 2

So i have 4 differen kind of runes .
All of the 4 rune doesent work with me,cant put them in armor .I am lv 40
Runes are lv 39 .Normally if click on the rune the armors are turning blue .
But with the runes that i have for lv 39 , it doesen’t go blue,can’t put it in ?
1 of the runes is major rune of the adventuer.

Can someone help me with this

It doesn’t matter what your level is. What matters is the level of the armor you are trying to put the runes into. You need lv39 armor for major runes.
