Rune question.

Let’s say I have 4 Major Runes of the Pirate and I equip them all onto my gear of choice. While wearing this gear, do I get just +13% Magic Find, or does every piece of armor have this Magic Find and it stacks, giving me %52 Magic Find in total from these runes?

You only earn each tier of a rune once, regardless of how many runes you have equipped. So for your example, you will earn +20% Magic Find for those runes, if you have three equipped.
