Its bad enough he had more mobility than just about any class and caught up with me halfway across the map. But when he finally did, he puts me in a block of ice, hundred blades, dead. WTF?

Probably a weapon sigil

Keep in mind as he was “chasing” me with his skillmoves, I had a pet entagle on him at one time as well as a trap that slowed him. Guess warriors have more mobility than rangers….

“Sigil of Superior Hydromancy You freeze nearby foes for 3s when you swap to this weapon while in combat. (This effect cannot trigger more than once every 9s)”

Ouch that is a harsh Sigil. Too easy to use with little to no counter.

It’s available to everyone, fyi. Not a warrior-specific thing at all. Also if a warrior had more mobility, that means they were building their character for high mobility. You may want to consider doing the same if this is a repeated issue

The freeze from the sigil isn’t a block of ice, but the chill effect. The only thing I know of that encases things in ice is the elementalist frost bow (environmental weapon). So the warrior could use that.

Elementalist Conjure Frost Bow’s 5th skill is a charged skill that has a massively overpowered Stun, about 5 seconds then also stacks high duration chill on you.

Arguably the only purpose for that weapon.

That is the ONLY thing that will freeze you in a block of ice, assuming you’re talking about pure pvp.
