SOLVED: Never got my purchase
If you have deleted all mail so that your inbox shows 0/10, I strongly recommend that you contact support, as only they will be able to help you troubleshoot this.
Some times take a while to get the mail. Just don’t panic and be patient. If after 24 hours you don’t get your gems then you can freak out and contact support ASAP.

Some special event letters fill up the private mailbox too (without showing it on the private counter). Take care on that as well, don’t look at the counter alone.
Sorry for the delay, but I contacted support as soon as it happened and deleted a number of mails and nothing happened. I have no response from support as of yet, so I was wondering if anyone else had experienced mail delay.
EDIT: Solved! I was deleting personal story mails which I didn’t realise BYPASS the 10 mail limit. Deleting player mail worked out for me and I got a LOT of wizard hats I had trouble buying before haha Thank you for your help all.

Yeah I send a guildie money and ectos, which she then said she never got. Turned out to be the same thing, story line emails. We both thought those didn’t count towards the limit of 10.
