Hi I’m just wondering if it’s more profitable to open the Embroidered Coin Purses you get from SW chest train on a lvl 55 character? I know you get more low level crafting mats which are worth more, but you also miss out on ecto, orichalcum, and ancient wood?

More value from opening on an L55 than L80.

Character level only affects the gear that drops from the bags. Mats are the same; named exotics are the same.

• At L55, rares cannot be be sal’d to ecto, but they remain worth 15-30s, depending. These drop in small numbers, so tiny impact when opening a stack of champ bags.
• At L55, masterwork gear salvages into T4 basic mats, which are worth 2-3x the value of the T5-6 mats you get from salvaging rares. Since you get mostly greens, this has a huge impact on the total value.

OK I’ll try opening them on lvl 55 then. I have to get my alt up to that level first but that should be easy! thx!
