So I saw this posted on GW2 facebook. It was a sailor scout armor. How do I get it and is it available for all professions?

It’s just a creative use of armor and color mixing along with the right hairstyles. The armor is light armor but I haven’t identified all the parts and the dye order.

Karma chestpiece, acolyte skirt, winged and crafted shoes. Dunno about the rest

Hands: Almost any will do
Legs: Apprentice
Feet: Temple

Moon & Mercury Boots – Feathered

Jupiter Boots- Winged

Venus Boots – Exalted
