Guild Wars 2

I placed 6 Superior runes of divinity into karma gear, but due to a new build I dont need them in there any more. I have new armor but cant salvage the karma gear to get the runes out. Does anyone know of a way i can get them?

ohhhhh, that’s nasty. yeah, can’t salvage karma items for the socket… yet another reason not to use them
Tstone or forge. that’s all karma items can do.

Fxncy’s statement is incorrect. Placing a new upgrade over the old one destroys the old one.

Transmuting is your only option.

You can mystic forge the armor, but you won’t get your runes back.

Thanks for the replies guys, but transmuting didnt work, Transmuted into a rare, used the skin and the stats from the rare, and only tried to keep the rune, but after it completed i still couldnt salvage it. Gutted.

Did you try putting it onto blue gear? Thats the stuff most people use to cross order armour, as makes soulbinding become account binding. Maybe try transmuting onto a blue?
