I’m using the Sigil of Purity to remove conditions on 60% chance on criticals, with a 10sec CD. I’m using dual weapons and I’ve been using the same sigil on both weapons. Will both weapons share the same CD from the sigil, or will each weapon have a chance to remove a condition on separate 10 sec CDs?

Yes, they will share the same cooldown. The same applies if you have the same Sigil in your second weapon set.
