I really like the Norn race and wanted to make another character Norn, and was wondering if I choose a different starting story (lost heirloom/ got in a fight/ got drunk and passed out) will I have different instances as well? As much as I want to make another Norn I really don’t want to have to do the same thing I’ve been doing. Thanks!

Yes, the first 20 levels depend on the things you chose in your biography. Everything after that is dependent on choices you make in-game

That’s the point of the questions.

Every character gets a profession specific question which defines a piece of starting equipment (ie. ranger pet or warrior helm), a universal one which determines your starting personality, then 3 race specific ones which determine your personal story to level 30.

For the norn these are the “My most important quality”, “At a moot I” and “I had a vision of” questions.

But after level 30 your story is determined by which order you choose, so you’ll need to pick a different one to get a different story.

Related to this. Is there any way to see what you have chosen on your current character?

Yes, if you access your Hero page (H) one of the tabs at the side keeps a track of all your story choices and chapters completed. Just scroll up to the top for your initial choices.
