Sclerite weapons?
Yes as long as you have a Sclerite ticket. Take it to a Black Lion Weapon Specialist above the Trading post in Lions Arch.

Actually, I was perusing the Black Lion Specialist and you can get them for a pile of claim tickets out of the RNG boxes. 3 or 5 tickets, I think, I was paying more attention to the Jade. Not that it’s easy to amass even -one- claim ticket but you can do it without a specific Sclerite ticket.
If you have an archived ticket (for me, the Jade), and have it in inventory, the vendor activates an option to spend the ticket rather than Chest claim tickets.
