Guild Wars 2

I used to be able to take screenshots as I see about 150 screenshots in my screens folder. However, now when I press print screen to take a screenshot, nothing is going in there.
Also even if I alt tab to paste it into paint or something, it is a screenshot of the desktop or whatever I alt tabbed to. I am playing full screen.

Anyone able to help rectify my issue?

Another piece of software is binding the print screen key, probably some gaming software has taken it over to do the same thing and is saving in a different place. Or you reassigned it and forgot
