Guild Wars 2

So, I’ve been told I have all the necessary permissions to scribe however, I cannot seem to access any of the items in the Guild Storage in order to scribe. For instance I buy a basic chair and it disappears into the Guild Storage and then when I go to craft a fancy chair – one of the ingredients is the basic chair which even though the guild has 26 of I cannot use as an ingredient to craft a fancy chair. WTH is going on? What specific permission do I need to access items in Guild Storage?

Decorator and Edit Assembly Queue should be the only ones you need.
