Skill points were split in two. They became hero points and spirit shards.

Spirit shards: from the old scrolls of knowledge. They are now in your wallet as a currency and used to buy items from Miyani for the mystic forge

Hero points: from leveling to 80 and doing the old skill challenges, now hero challenges. Used to buy skills and traits.
