Guild Wars 2

Second weapon set is missing in Hero panel, and unable to use weapon swapping in game.
Anyone have a fix, reported over a week ago without response?

Sure you’re not playing an elementalist or engineer? they don’t have weapon swapping, but use attunements and weapon kits instead.
