Seis Burntheart (help!)
I talk to Seis in Malchor’s Leap, but the NPC wont start the tracking quest.
According to the wiki, its supposed to say, “My spell is distributed around this area. Ready to help recover the sensors? I’ll cast the locator enchantment when you’re prepared.”
Doesn’t say that…
There’s no tracking quest in Malchor’s Leap and the wiki’s information reflects that:

Then where is it going? (completes Disturbance in the Depths and gives the first point of Transfer Chaser)This time, I didn’t need to do much spell work to guess that. West, and as they say, always bet on a bonfire.
