Hi,
I know this may have been asked before but how do i change servers? Do i have to delete something or just pay a fee?

If you delete all your characters, you can restart on any server. You will keep everything in your bank and all your gold.

Or you can spend gems to transfer. I believe the cost is determined by the server population. 1800 gems will get you on a Very High Pop server.

Do you know what a med pop server or high pop are?

Go to the character selection screen and then hit the Change server button at the bottom left corner. That way you can check it.

As Elrey said, on character selection screen hit the change server. If you want to transfer it will cost you 1800 gems. The other way is to delete all your characters and then select a new server.

I think the cost varies from 1000-1800 for low, med, high pop servers.

Also just incase you haven’t considered it, you should guest on your desired server for a day or two to fully decide if you like it. Don’t waste your gems, it dont grow on sylvari

Unfortunately, all NA servers are considered very high, even though population varies greatly.

Yeah, you can do everything on other servers with guesting besides WvW, so as long as you don’t have just some low chars where its easy to delete them, just go testing
