Guild Wars 2

Hello, I play on the Tarnished Coast server and recently became interested in dungeoneering in order to get the armor set I want. I know that running the same path in explorable mode twice in the same day yields less rewards. However, when exactly does the server day begin and end for Tarnished Coast?

Logic to me says it would be somewhere between 12:00 midnight EDT and 12:00 midnight PDT. However, someone else told me it was something random like 5:00 PM PDT.

I’d very much appreciate your help in this matter as I continue to plan effective dungeon exploration times.

All servers are on GMT or UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, pretty much the same thing) and reset at midnight. Thats -8 hours (4 pm) for West coast and -5 hours (7 pm)for east coast.

That’s so crazy. So on a day I have nothing to do, I could conceivably do every dungeon path twice for full rewards.
