Just installed the game and looking forward to playing!

Are there any server recommendations out there?

Would High pop be be a good choice as opposed to medium pop?

Are there PVP servers / PVE servers (I do not believe so)

If you want WvW, see the topic that ArenaNET posted about the best servers in WvW. Pick the one on the bottom of the list, and you’re probably guaranteed you will not be in a queue.

Well let’s see…
Henge of Denravi is currently at the head of the board on the NA WvW list. On the one hand this means you’ll be among the elite in WvW. On the other hand you’ll be waiting five hours just to get into WvW.
If you like RPing, try Tarnished Coast. It’s the unofficial NA RP server. And in the WvW rankings we are smack dab in the middle. You might have a queue at peak hours, but usually you can get in.
