Hello there, I need some things answered.

First of which is What is Server Time?
I have heard that it is PacificStandardTime, and that would make sense because ANet is based in(or close to) Seattle, Washington. But I have also heard that server time is CentralStandardTime, here in Texas.
It would be nice to know which one it is because I am trying to get into some open world boss fights and when people say to show up on Black Gate(or whatever server) at this time, I am having trouble figuring out what time to show up..

Also, What times and servers are best to show up for Tequatl?
I know people gather around for it in the afternoon and evening, but I’d rather have accurate timing than being lucky..

What are some other bosses and zergs I should know about?

server time is pacific standard time.

the best thing for bosses like tequatl is to hop on their public TS and ask people. usually if you ask in map chat someone will reply.
karka farming is pretty good right now in sanctum of rall.
