Guild Wars 2

I have a few questions about switching servers.

1) Let’s say you are the leader of a guild and switch servers, with or without members, will that guild stay on your character or does it disappear?

2) I read somewhere that if you delete all your characters, you can switch to any server for free. Do you also have to delete all your items in your Bank or can you store your stuff there and just pick it up on the new server with new characters?

3) Is the server transfer cheaper if you have less created characters? I have 5 characters and transferring to a “very high” populated server costs 1.800 gems for me as example.

I hope that anyone can answer these questions for me.

1) The guild will stay on your character but all the upgrades and bank will stay on the old server.
2) It is true that if you delete all your characters you can switch for free, not sure about your bank but i would think it would stay as is.
3)Transfer price is only changed by population density of the server.
