If I may ask this question to know which server has a high population of middle east players, basically arabic and such people who are in the timezone close to GMT+4, in the list of european servers?

Definitely Desolation, in that server there is a biggest middle east guild,
called TEQ [ the empty quarter], we are there since beta .
