Not as 3 packs for 300 gems anymore, although I think they returned during a sale once I think. But there is a Toy Mini Egg that drop from Black Lion Chests.

You can still buy them on the trading post, many of them are not very expensive.

Yeah, but to buy them all is pricey. The reason I asked the question is to find out whether there is an ongoing supply. If not, then the prices will only go up over time. But, if there is a supply, the prices should stay stable.
