Guild Wars 2

I’ve tried a couple of times to use the turrets at the Shatter to get this achievement. I have the Shatterer targeted and use both the 1 and 2 skills but I don’t seem to get credit. I was able to get credit for using the mortar and the aerial grenades, but the turrets aren’t registering for some reason. The turret definitely fires, and I’ve tried targeting the Shatterer and a random mob when firing.

Do I need to get a certain number of hits with the turret? Or am I doing something wrong?

I’m having troubles with this easy one too. I got the turrets achievement. Maybe you’re controlling them from behind; if so, don’t do it: you’ll be thrown back and your hits don’t appear. Control the turret from the side.
I used mortars and jumping pads too, but one doesn’t count. Since I hit with mortars, I suppose it’s the jumping. Is it needed to use some skill when flying to get this achievement?

Definitely, something/someone is wrong with this. I used the 1st skill when flying and it doesn’t work. Also I destroyed like two crystals healing and it doesn’t count too. Can anyone help?

Ooh, from the side? Hm. I have no idea why that would make a difference but I will try that. Thank you for the idea!

I don’t know what made the jump pads count, I think it counted the first time I tried it during the event. I would definitely use both 1 and 2 skills, perhaps while targeting someone?

Status report: I tried using the turret from the side and from on top. No credit still and/or I got kicked out every time I fired. I think I’m going to ignore this achievement for awhile.
