Buy the precursor, it’ll save you from rage destroying your computer when you don’t get it from the mystic forge.

Buy the pre. Its the only guaranteed way. You could easily blow 1000g in the TP and get left with nothing.

Buy it. You won’t get the precursor from the Forge and you will just end up wasting your 1000g.

I don’t agree.. If you google mystic forge statistics reddit you will get a thread where people have done the math on how much approx gold you need to throw in assuming a static price of rare lvl 80 GS and I believe throwing in 700g resulted in an average of 1.2. precursors for a high percentage of people. 1000G will most likely almost always get you either dawn or dusk. However if you get Dusk instead of Dawn and have to resell then on some days/weeks having spend 1000g will not make you profit on dusk due to fees. Obviously there is always a small percentage that you will get nothing but honestly if you are that one seriously unlucky guy then I feel bad for you kid.

But there are people that have thrown more money than that into it and not gotten either. It’s still a gamble.

Buying the precursor means you have your precursor, which most people consider the hardest thing to get a legendary weapon.

Spending money on GS’s and MTing them might mean you’d get a precursor… or might get you more than one precursor… or might also mean you get nothing… how confortable are you with the idea of raising the money again if that happens?.

Buy the godkitten precursor so you can end of almost end your legendary quest and get closer to being somewhat disappointed that making your legendary didn’t bring you as much joy and happiness as you hoped it would, even though it has sentiment to it.

Buy it, save yourself from the tears lol…. Don’t do it! Don’t visit Zomorros.

I don’t have proof. but both a guildie and myself have gotten 2 precursors each within two days by throwing a few g’s in the forge. Maybe they raised the drop for a few days?

Buy it. Unless A. You are a gambler, B. Like to have a stroke, or C. Like the feeling of frustration.
