I was lfg yesterday wanting to do fractals for the first time (I’m pretty new, but I’ve been reading a lot of forum guides and videos and have a fairly good grasp on the game for my level) mainly for the monthly achievement, and someone told me that I was having a hard time because no one wants to group with a level 22 guardian. Is this true? Should I wait on doing FotM before getting to level 80 or was this person just being rude?

Applewisp is unfortunately correct. I doubt most people would take a non level 80 into the fractals. Most people will want to assure that their fractals run is as likely to succeed as possible, so they will try to filter out those they think could be a liability.

That being said though, based on my fractals experience (I have only ever done several runs of level 1), I believe low level fractals are more about team coordination and your ability to effectively maneuver around the combat field than team make up or level. I have done the fractals with people not level 80 before and succeeded. There are people (ex. me) who are willing to go through the fractals with people not level 80, so it doesn’t hurt to keep looking.

I would just be up front that your not level 80, so as to be honest with people while you are looking.

its unlikely that anyone will take you unless you’re level 80. maybe you could find a guild, or other low level players,
