Q- If I’m using my D/D will I still get the bonuses from my p/p set?

Primary set = D/D – sigil of force (+5% power), sigil of fire (30% chance on crit to set off aoe fire blast)

Secondary set= P/P – sigil of accuracy (+5% accuracy), sigil of bloodlust (gain +10 power everytime you kill a foe).

No. If you swap weapons, you also swap sigils.

(The only exception is the engineer weapon kits. But since you’re apparently playing a thief, this does not apply to you.)

ahh okay…and I cant have sigil of force and sigil of accuracy on my D/D set correct?

With the weapons you have mentioned, you will either have Sigil of Force and Sigil of Fire, or you will have Sigil of Accuracy and Sigil of Bloodlust.

You can have Sigil of Force and Sigil of Accuracy on your daggers, but that would require replacing your Sigil or Fire.

That’s good to know that I can have force and accuracy on my d/d set. But you cant stack them for example d/d with two sigil of forces.

The page linked by you says:

Static bonuses stack with themselves when used on dual-wielded weapons, except for Superior Sigil of Force (only +5% bonus to damage) and Superior Sigil of Accuracy (only +5% bonus to crit chance).

That means that Sigil of Force will not stack with itself, and that Sigil of Accuracy will also not stack with itself. Sigil of Force and Sigil of Accuracy are perfectly compatible with each other, though.
