Guild Wars 2

So im sitting at 56% crit base and 60% crit with signet of agility. When I equip a Sigil of Accuracy (5% critical chance) to my weapon it does nothing to my crit. Is it calculated in the weapons on damage distribution or am I just so high in crit now that it just doesnt show up anymore. I can take my weapon off entirely and see no decrease in crit as well. Which is strange considering my weapon has precision on it and that sigil. Can anyone shine a little light on this for me? It would be much appreciated.

Currently, the sigil is bugged. It used to show the +5% crit chance on the char sheet but now it doesn’t. No one is really sure if it the sigil still works though. I assume it doesn’t.
