Something that has always bothered me was this sigil does it add 6% condi damage (the stat – if is the stat is basically worthless) or it works like sigil of force that it adds 5% damage to all attacks you do in this case it add 6% to the total damage you’re doing per condition.

Also runes of beserker

Berserker Runes go toward outgoing damage which is what you see on screen. Sigil of Bursting increases the condition damage stat.

It adds to your condi damage, I’m not sure where you’re confused. All of your conditions work off of the same condi damage stat, so yes it affects all your conditions.

The difference between the two calculations isn’t as big as you think. Even for burning it is less than 8 damage per stack.
