Sigil of Nullification: 60% chance on critical hit to strip boon (10s cooldown).

1. Does anyone know the priority of boon stripping?

2. If your target doesn’t have any boons, will there be a chance that the cooldown will still go off?

Also, I feel like the sigil needs a buff. Either change it to 50% chance on hit, or reduce cooldown to 6-7s.

For number 2, seems that it can proc even when there’s no boons on the target. As for number 1, I don’t have THE correct answer but I think it would do the newest boon first, if not the most recent then the oldest one.

It used to proc even if there is no boon on the target but that should no longer the be cast after the April 15th patch.
