Q:

I’m working on a build that utilizes burning.

If I use two Sigils of Smoldering (+10% burning duration), one on my main hand and one on my off hand, will i have +20% burn duration?

A:

I used 2 sigil of accuracy and before the recent patch where evidently they have fixed sigils cause my crit rate was increased it would appear that they do not stack so I changed my off hand to a rage sigil so now i get boosted speed on my attacks plus5% crit, so with evidence provided with patch fixes I would say sigils do not stack!
