Guild Wars 2

I am totally stumped on this chapter of the HoT personal story I haven’t had a single problem up to now, but in this chapter, I find a piece of armour, then a pistol, then nothing after that I can’t even tell where to go from there as it says ‘near a waterfall’ and there are waterfalls literally EVERYWHERE

I looked it up online, but I don’t recognise the pics of the locations people have posted of where the stones are. I once found a stone, at the start near the armour/pistol, but couldn’t do anything with it…? I’m clearly just not understanding what I have to do here, anyway, any help or advice would really be appreciated, thank you

You should see a little green circle on your minimap showing the area to search. The first one is past the armour and pistol, bear left to the green ridge above the chasm, it’s in the middle of the mossy bumps.

When you find it it should unlock the next one on your minimap, which iirc will be down in the caverns past the waterfall (but not at the bottom of the waterfall). I actually intend to start running Sign Cutting and beyond tomorrow as I have 5 ley armors left to collect and taking 5 alts through to the end will do that. Unless someone else needs my help on something else, that’s my plan. I could lead you through if things work out.

Ah ok, I’m starting it up now and have been reminded. You get a compass arrow in your upper right along with a green bar that fills up as you close in on the mark. Follow those two and you’ll be led right on top of the rock and can interact with it.
