Guild Wars 2

I’m trying to go for the Juggernaut and was looking on the mats lists and saw i need 250 Silver Doubloon, on wiki it sais you can only get them from lvl 21+ chests or Packages.

As i don’t trust the wiki…i’m here asking if you can make them via Mystic toilet or any other way?

Sure … you can forge the lower and same tier gemstones, copper doubloons and marks. They are alternatives, not necessarily better. It depends on the price of those items.

Parking appropriate level characters in the LA JP chests is the “easier” way to get them but that requires having a pile of characters in the right level range.

I’m kinda a forging noob, could you explain that in a bit more details pls?

If you take a bunch of pebbles or nuggets and go to the mystic forge in Lion’s arch, press F for use and a screen will come up.

It will show your inventory on the left and on the right there will be a place to insert 4 items. Add the pebbles (or nuggets —> they are different item types so you must either insert 4 pebbles or 4 nuggets) and forge them together, you will get 1 item back. That item will either be of the same tier, or 1 higher.

Silver doubloons are at the nugget tier, so you may have better success with them. But you may also get a different item. It’s random.

Best way to get them I found was Light Miner’s Bags, selling all the stuff back on the TP (unless it was 1 copper over vendor price) got me all my money back or made me money. However, they’re much more expensive to buy now and the mats they give haven’t gone up so might not be as worth it anymore. I never had much luck forging
