Guild Wars 2

I am having trouble finding this one point of interest which is roughly in the middle of the map.

Could someone link me a video or explain to me how to get there?

Without being able to see where it’s located because you didn’t post a screenshot, I’m going to guess that it’s the point of interest located near the end of the Jumping Puzzle. Enter the JP at Drydock Scratch, fall all the way to the bottom (you might have to progress a ways through the JP first, I don’t remember the entire bottom layout), then walk there to find the PoI.
