So the other day these arrows around my 3rd utility slot appeared. Whenever I switch to my axe & mace whatever skill that’s in that 3rd utility slot automatically goes off. Or if I’m in battle & cooldown is ready it goes off the second it is ready. Playing this game for 2 years & never encountered this. HALP!

You set that utility slot to auto-attack. Hold control and right-click it to disable it. You may want to enable it on your #1 skill via the same method, as it is by default.
