Guild Wars 2

Hi,

I opened the box, got some items but not Mastery points as expected. What did I miss ? From what I read in wiki, there are no prerequisites to acquire that mastery point. The same issue happen to Endurance Strongbox. Can someone give me the instructions? Thanks.

getting the loot, but no mastery point usually means you’ve already got it once.

if this is the first time you’ve ever touched the box (and you’ve double checked your achievement panel), then you should probably make a ticket with support:
