Small family guild: guild missions
Chances of success is very, very slim for Guild Bounties. You can probably eke it through with Guild Trek Tier 1, but that requires 80 Merits, i.e. requiring you to complete some Guild Bounties first.
Guild bounty missions require you to track a number of bounty (NPC) and “capture” (defeat) them. For Tier 1 missions, the game will ask you to capture 2 NPC (out of possible 15, and they are all found in a standard route in various zones. Finding the 2 bounty and defeating them within 15 mins is very hard with a very small group. Reasons:
1. They can be hard to find as some covers a very large area. You will spend a lot of time finding them if you start only after the mission’s 15 min clock start ticking. For large guilds, what they do is to find those bounties (all 15 of them) first, start the mission, let the game tell them which 2 need to be defeated, and then all guild members zoom in to the 2. This eliminate wasting the 15-min clock finding the bounty. As you can imagine, you need to mobilize lots of guild members to do this. And this is just tier 1 missions. Tier 3 missions will need the guild to defeat ALL bounties within 15 min.
2. The bounty themselves are bosses, and some are very difficult to defeat unless you have a large number of players on it.
I feel for the small guilds as they have will trouble doing the guild bounty missions. I don’t know much about Guild Trek though.
Short answer, don’t waste the influence unless you enjoy constant failure with a tiny chance of success.
Long answer, it’s not worth bothering with at this point. Not with everything requiring you to do the bounties first. On top of what Yramrag has mentioned it is apparently possible for two guilds to get the same bounty and it seems the second one to arrive won’t be able to finish.
I’ve actually tried it twice with just two people. The first time we ran out of time before we could find either. The second time we got very luckily, out of the 300 possible spawn locations for that bounty we found it at the 4th.
http://dulfy.net/2013/02/27/gw2-guild-bounty-guide/ has the paths taken by most of the bounties. As you can see many of the paths spans the entire map.
No. That’s the only honest answer. No, you won’t be able to. There are guilds that will allow you to represent them just for the sake of the guild missions so that you can get the rewards.

I would say no, you will not be able to.
My guild had 15-20 people attempting the guild bounties tier 1. We failed miserably the first few attempts. It would be near impossible for just two people to complete this mission I think. Unless you two got EXTREMELY lucky.
10 is probably about the minimum i’d do it with.
A group of 5 can handle most bosses (basically not tarban) within 5 minutes of attacking them
Split into two groups of 5, and get lucky enough with the 2 bosses chosen and you could do it.
Tier 1: recommended 10 people
Tier 2: recommended 15 people
Tier 3: recommended 30 people
10 is probably about the minimum i’d do it with.
fully agree, 10 is the minimum for a decent success rate.
less than that and you have to really luck out on which bounties get assigned to you.
I’m pretty comfortable saying that bounties are impossible for just 2 players.
