So... where did my shortbow skin go???
If you got the skin in Fireheart Rise (I think that one) for karma, that skin was unintended for those weapons. So Anet reverted them back to what they were supposed to be.
How does one mess up something so basic though I wonder?
Fair enough. The problem is there seems to be no other source of the skin in game now outside of spvp locker…

Did you check the charr cultural T3 vendors?
They were using T3 cultural weapon skins iirc. And since it’s the charr area, I would have to agree with Wintermute.
