I currently have a Condi mesmer using Perplexity, so I’d probably choose that over Tormenting, though I am also currently levelling another condi mesmer, which I will be trying Tormenting as well. I reckon they could both play well, and both conditions are fun to gift on one’s enemy.

Thanks guys, I went with the Perplexity Runes and they work great. Confusion is maxed at 100% duration increase.
