Does anyone know if any of the light armor has any leggings that don’t come with stockings or the such.

I love the tier 3 boots but it seems all the armor I find as leggings kind of hide them
also would anyone know what this armor is called its the one at the end I think.

Are the stockings added with the leggings or the shoes?

They are added with the leggings. The shoes are separate.
I think the only thing you can get without the legs being covered up is the Acolyte(the starter armor version) and Winged.

Take a look at cultural armor, pvp armor, and so forth.

The armor on the end of your image is not available to players. Countess Anise in DR wears the top and we have been asking for a year to have it available.
