Hey everyone,
with Update – July 15, 2014 Festival Rewards Vendors and Sovereign Weapon Vendors have temporarily returned for players to spend their remaining Festival Tokens and Favors of the Festival. They are stationed at the Grand Plaza [sic] in Lion’s Arch and by the Crown Pavilion waypoint in Divinity’s Reach.

Means this Sonder the Vendor ?
If yes, how long will he stay there ?

Sonder the Seller deals in Festive Materials from Halloween.

Festival tokens and Favors of the Festival are from the Festival of the Four Winds. The Crown Pavillion was tied in with it.

There are two other vendors near the minigame NPC, they have the Sovereign and Festival items.

That means i can when ever i want get Bloody Prince Thorn ?

Sonder is probably permanent but no one knows. All we are saying is that announcement isn’t about him.

Sonder the Seller was actually re-added in the 1st July update, when the festival ended. He’s almost certainly a permanent part of the game.

Considering many people who want the items he gives see it as a long-term goal to work towards I would have thought they’d give plenty of notice if he was ever going to be removed permanently, but it seems he is removed temporarily every time there’s a festival.
