I am going to take lvl 80 today with my Ranger.
I am wondering what happens at lvl80, what I should or can start doing? What gear I should buy, dungeons, WvWvW?

You should do a bit of everything. Go to the ranger forums and ask for what gear there. Go to www.gw2lfg.com and find a group for each story mode dungeon doing them all. Make your way to the Orr so that you can use your karma to obtain gear from them. If they are contested the vendor will not be available.

Use the gw2lfg site to find a group and enter FotM under difficulty level 10.

I have no idea! Go try some wvwvw too.
