Right, so back when SAB was here I got a super scepter skin – i used it on another scepter and equipped it on an alt. Recently I decided to delete that character so I moved everything of value into my bank. Then i deleted the character. Then I try transmuting the look of it onto another scepter but it won’t even let me take it out of the bank. Is there a way I can get the skin out?

Not currently. If you wanted to keep the skin, you would have to have transmuted it onto a white item to make it account bound.

That item is now worthless as there is no way to get it out of the bank. There may be a fix for this in the future, but it won’t be in the near future.

So I would suggest holding this in the bank and seeing what they do if you have the spare space. You can buy another skin from the trading post for a few gold, it’s relatively cheap compared to the other skins.

No, because it was soulbound to your deleted character.

Indeed, there is a trick to make a soulbound item account bound. But it requires the old (and now deleted) character.

This, if you ever want to delete a character make sure that you don’t have anything soulbound to them that you MIGHT someday use on someone else.
