Anyone know the name of the soundtrack that plays during the fight with the Shadow of the Dragon during the sylvari tutorial? Not the one from LS 2.

It is Track 21 on Disc 2 (or track 41 of 78 total tracks) of the GW2 OST:

“Blighted Battleground”

No problem! It’s a fantastic soundtrack. If you have not yet listened to the GW1 soundtrack (and expansion/standalones), I strongly recommend giving it a full listening as well.

My favorite one with the most fond memories attached to it is “Eye of the Storm”.

Speaking of soundtracks I have lately started doing something to make my characters feel even more different than I already consider them. All of them have their own itunes playlist with completely different styles (country, electronica, hard metal, classical, etc).

:D
I do that too!

I also use a different SweetFX preset for each character.
One has a noir appearance, another has a very rich and vibrant color scheme, another that plays in a kind of dark and ominous looking world, and many more.

The individualized music playlists match the corresponding SweetFX theme for each character, so it really makes for an immersive experience that differs from character to character.
